Cancelation Policy- Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hrs notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hrs notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the session fee. Laura Powers
(She/Her/Hers) Registered Physiotherapist

Laura Powers completed her Bachelors of Physical Health and Education at University of Toronto in 2006 and went on to achieve her Masters of Physiotherapy at Curtin University in Perth, Australia in 2010. Since then she has been specializing in women’s pelvic health physiotherapy, orthopaedic physiotherapy, and exercise strength and conditioning.

She takes a holistic approach to treatment considering the biomechanical, emotional/psychological, and nutritional aspects that could be influencing presenting conditions. She strongly believes in patients being involved in their treatments, versus a passive approach, and incorporates movement retraining, exercise and conditioning into her treatment plans.
